Updates and Information

This week students will be attending a Remembrance Day Service. Special Guests will include Elder Patricia and Sergeant Ryan Lincoln with the King's Own Calgary Regiment. 

For families who would like to support the poppy fund, there is a donation box and a place to collect poppies in the front office. 

Please take a moment to read this month's Principal Message on Developing Student Citizenship. 

For children unable to join us for this event and in need of an alternative space, please contact your child's teacher. 

Reminders

Our School Staff Parking lot is a dangerous place to drop little ones off, especially at this time of year when it is very dark. Please use the visitor parking area and drop off zone for student drop offs. 

This year will be our first year with a fall break that comes in November. I would like to take a quick moment to highlight this in our update this week as you plan for childcare and events during this time. 

Students will not have school on the following dates: 

Thursday November 9- No Classes Professional Learning Day
Friday, November 10- No School- In Lieu of Remembrance Day
Monday, November 13- No School- Fall Break
Tuesday, November 14- No School- Fall Break.
